As a researcher and author, I have been somewhat successful.  I have had the pleasure of presenting and speaking around the USA as well as in Canada and England.  All have been very pleasurable experiences.

My dissertation on 3D Virtual Environments has been published as a book, and can be purchased from Amazon.com.  While it might not be the most exciting read, it is groundbreaking research in the field of collaboration within virtual learning environments. Prior to this research no one had shown that collaborative learning and knowledge spirals can and do occur within 3D virtual environments. I do have to admit that it is a joy to be able to say that I’m a published author.

I am currently working on several other books. Two of the books are for educational purposes on the topics of creating virtual worlds and mobile computing development. I have begun a third project that is a work of fiction. I have no idea how long each of these projects will take to complete, but I will post updates as they near certain check-points in their development.
