Status on early release of the book | Staus Update | Forum

I've received a few messages and emails asking about the status of the book. 

In short, progress was slowed due to unforeseeable life events, but there is progress, and the final book will soon be available.

The LONG answer:

Shortly after the early-release was made available I was stung by a red wasp on my forearm.  At 4AM.  While I was sleeping (not the most pleasant way to be woke).

It turns out that I am VERY allergic to being stung by a red wasp (something I didn't know despite being stung by various insects over the years).  Fortunately, I was able to get to a doctor to get a shot before the shock became too severe.

It also happens, the red wasp sting is very similar to the bite of the brown recluse spider.  The venom destroys the skin and is incredibly painful. I lost all use of my left arm (and yes, I am left-handed)  for several weeks and was only able to sleep a few hours at a time.  After we were sure I wasn't going to die from the sting, we focused on not losing the arm.  Fortunately some close friends knew of an herbal remedy for the treatment of the brown recluse bite, and suggested it for the sting (the only traditional medical treatment was debriding the arm..that's remove the skin).  It was successful. Now, almost 8 weeks later I have full use of my arm, and the bite is about 90% healed.

SO, while the book has been delayed, I am writing again.  The next several chapters are at the copy-editor and will soon be available to everyone who has purchased the early release.  I hope to have the entire book finished very soon.  I appreciate everyone's patience!!
